It's clear that immense care has been taken to honour the building's history, creating an ambiance that is both elegant and deeply evocative. What truly set Kinwani apart, however, was the exceptional personal service. The staff's attention to detail was impeccable, and their genuine warmth made me feel instantly at home. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a level of care that went beyond mere professionalism. They anticipated my needs before I even voiced them, ensuring a seamless and utterly relaxing stay. The massage was exceptional. The food was delicious – really enjoyed one of the best gelato. The tranquility of Kinwani is palpable. Whether enjoying a quiet breakfast in the lawn surrounded by the Himalayas mountains or the room amenities and comfort I felt a profound sense of peace.
